RE-PRESENTING COMMUNITY
LOGO was established in 2016 to support individuals facing hardships and homelessness. While we have grown significantly since our inception, our mission remains unchanged. At the heart of our work is a commitment to represent, rebuild, and reshape our community by fostering an environment of peace, charity, harmony, and hopefulness.
We are dedicated to promoting a strong sense of community by empowering young people, building community with one another, hosting curated events that bring people together, and supporting local organizations, entrepreneurs, and small businesses.
LOGO has developed and maintains partnerships with local community groups, churches, schools, and businesses, working towards community change. These partnerships allow us to connect members of our community to resources and assistance to meet needs.

REBUILDING COMMUNITY
Youth Leadership & Mentoring Program
We believe that good leadership is cultivated in community and demonstrated through service. We invest in the future of our community by focusing on youth leadership development and mentoring youth ages 10-19 in Belair-Edison. Our goal is to cultivate young leaders by modeling and teaching the importance of building character, maintaining a strong work ethic, making responsible decisions, and fostering healthy relationships.
Our vision is for all program participants to attain a level of self-awareness that will facilitate personal growth during and beyond their time in the mentorship program.
Thanks to a grant, eligible youth can participate in neighborhood clean-ups, anti-littering initiatives, and beautification projects. Students have opportunities to earn service learning credits that count towards their high school graduation requirements.
REBUILDING COMMUNITY
Iron Sharpens Iron is a community that aims to build, rebuild, and strengthen relationships. We believe that being in community with one another is a unique way to achieve this goal.
Our small-group community is ANCHORED in FAITH and EMPOWERED through LOVE, ACCOUNTABILITY, and SUPPORT. We strive to create a loving and fun environment where we can demonstrate, build up, encourage, and reinforce healthy relationships.
RESHAPING COMMUNITY
We envision a community where peace, charity, harmony, and hope exist. To cultivate this opportunity, we organize events and activities that bring people together. We carefully plan and execute these experiences to create opportunities for positive impact and fellowship among neighbors. These curated events celebrate a sense of community and togetherness that we share.
Our community thrives when we come together to support one another. That’s why we’re proud to volunteer alongside local organizations and small businesses. By working together, we can make a real difference in the lives of those around us.
